With the project to restore the Town Clock starting within a few weeks after the festival, this is an opportunity to learn more about the project and the clock’s history. Built in 1883 to commemorate the life and service of Joseph Peers to Ruthin and the local area, it is an icon of the town and was designed by the prominent Victorian architect John Douglas. Attendees are to congregate at the Old Courthouse at 1.30pm before walking over and getting a sneak peek of inside the Clock as well!
